We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The Office Boy will be responsible for various clerical and support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and a clean, hospitable environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and guests. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises (tables, desks, pantry, meeting rooms). Handle office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and organizing stationery supplies. Collect and distribute couriers, packages, and office mail. Support administrative tasks as assigned . Monitor and replenish pantry supplies and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen area. Open and close the office premises as per schedule (if required). Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
