Sports Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Sports Counsellor to join our team. The role involves handling the end-to-end admission process, engaging with potential customers, and ensuring smooth communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in and phone inquiries about sports programs.

Provide detailed information on coaching programs and admission process.

Makefollow-up calls to interested leads and existing inquiries.

Generate and manage sales leads through calls and messages.

Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.

Maintain and update admission records and forms.

Ensure all documents are collected and stored properly.

Coordinate with coaches and admin team for smooth onboarding of students.
