We’re Hiring – Sports Psychologist (Male)

Location: New Delhi

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Sports Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary performance enhancement team. The ideal candidate will work closely with athletes, coaches, and support staff to develop mental resilience, focus, and confidence for peak sports performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments for athletes and teams.
• Design and deliver sport-specific mental conditioning programs.
• Address issues such as performance anxiety, motivation, focus, and recovery.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, brain trainers, and nutritionists to create holistic performance plans.
• Provide workshops and one-on-one sessions for athletes of all levels.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Sports Psychology with a specialization in sports.

• Prior experience working with athletes or sports organizations preferred.

• Strong communication and motivational skills.

• Knowledge of performance enhancement strategies and athlete mental health.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
