Job title : Teacher/English language Trainer

Job type : Full-Time

Working hours : 8 hours per day anytime between 7 AM to 7 PM. Working 6 days a week.

Qualification : Minimum qualification is Graduate in any subject.

Experience : Fresher candidates can also apply. Everyone is welcome.

Location : Villages of Mirzapur and Prayragraj, UP

Other Requirements

• You should have a 2 wheeler/cycle and mobile phone.
• You will be required to travel and teach in different local villages at the branch location.
• You need to have a very basic knowledge of computer.
• Ability to understand and communicate in basic English would be an advantage.

Recruitment Process

• There would be 2 rounds of interviews. 1st interview will be done telephonically, 2nd interview would be through Zoom or face-to-face.
• 60-90 workings days compulsory training program at our Staff Training Campus in Gahru, Lucknow. For going to Lucknow, your train ticket in sleeper coach will be provided by FEA. During the training period, all meals and basic lodging will be provided completely free of cost at our Lucknow Staff Training Campus. For female candidates, we can sponsor the trip of one parent / relative to accompany you, if you wish. Training time: 9 AM to 6 PM.
• No leaves allowed during training except Sunday.
• A stipend of Rs. 250 per working day will be paid to you for attending our training program. This amount will be deposited in your bank account by Thursday of every week for the number of days you attended in the preceding week.
• An appointment letter will be issued only after successful completion of the training program.
• Training/Workshop visits to Lucknow for few days every 2-3 months after hiring.

Benefits

Gross Salary: Rs.15,000 per month. Plus petrol expense if home is above 5 km from our branch location. Medical benefits for the staff and family members upto 1 lakh.
