Key Responsibilities: Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components in residential, commercial and industrial settings. Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and system configuration. Learn and apply safety procedures for working with electrical components and rooftop installations. Clean and maintain solar panels to ensure optimal performance. Assemble, mount, and secure solar modules and components under supervision. Support troubleshooting and resolving issues with solar systems. Maintain accurate records of installations and service work. Perform electrical wiring and connections following local codes and safety standards. Collaborate with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project completion. Provide customer education on system operation and maintenance. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework in solar technology preferred. Familiarity with solar PV systems, tools, and equipment. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs). Comfortable working on rooftops and elevated structures. Ability to stand, climb, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
