Key Responsibilities:  Install solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components in residential, commercial and industrial settings.  Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and system configuration.  Learn and apply safety procedures for working with electrical components and rooftop installations.  Clean and maintain solar panels to ensure optimal performance.  Assemble, mount, and secure solar modules and components under supervision.  Support troubleshooting and resolving issues with solar systems.  Maintain accurate records of installations and service work.  Perform electrical wiring and connections following local codes and safety standards.  Collaborate with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure successful project completion.  Provide customer education on system operation and maintenance. Qualifications & Skills:  High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework in solar technology preferred.  Familiarity with solar PV systems, tools, and equipment.  Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements:  Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.  Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).  Comfortable working on rooftops and elevated structures.  Ability to stand, climb, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
