The Production Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting production issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in production management, including overseeing manufacturing processes and managing production schedules Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry Strong leadership skills and experience in managing production staff Problem-solving skills related to troubleshooting production issues Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Chennai Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
