Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and overseeing the architecture and interior design aspects of projects. The role also involves selecting and coordinating furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), managing project timelines, and collaborating with clients and various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed presentations Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation (FF&E schedules, layouts, elevations, joinery details, etc.) Conduct client meetings and presentations; maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and on-site work Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality standards Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
