We are seeking a skilled and motivated System/Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Windows Server and Desktop support, networking, and cloud technologies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for continuous learning. Key Responsibilities : Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows Server and Desktop environments. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online. Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V). Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs. Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager). Lead or support Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) implementation and maintenance. Maintain system documentation and resolve support tickets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place. Required Skills & Qualifications : 3–6 years of experience in system/network support. Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange Online. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management. Proven experience in VDI implementation (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon). Familiarity with virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V). Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with VoIP/SIP technologies. MCSA/CCNA/CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts. Preferred : Experience with cloud-native tools (e.g., Azure Monitor).
