The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-spoken, and comfortable managing dealer relationships while driving consistent sales growth. Key Responsibilities • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective market outreach and planning. • Manage existing dealer accounts, ensuring strong relationships, timely communication, and smooth operations. • Identify, pitch, and onboard new dealers to expand market presence. • Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and basic operational processes. • Ensure regular follow-ups with dealers to monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain brand visibility. • Maintain sales records using basic Excel/Google Sheets (sales tracking, dealer lists, follow-ups, reporting, etc.). • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Represent the company professionally during visits, meetings, and trainings. Requirements • Proven experience in sales (FMCG/retail/distribution experience preferred but not mandatory). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results. • Street-smart, confident, and quick at problem-solving. • Comfortable with basic technology: Excel, WhatsApp business, emails, basic apps/tools. • Ability to travel for dealer visits and market work. • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to grow.
