Role & responsibilities Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively follow up on leads for domestic and international holiday packages. Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, hotel partners, and other stakeholders. Promote special packages, seasonal offers, and tailor-made itineraries to B2B and B2C clients. Understand customer needs and provide suitable travel solutions with detailed itinerary planning. Coordinate with hotel properties, transport providers, and internal operations teams for seamless booking and service delivery. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools. Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to improve products and pricing strategy.
