Role & responsibilities 1. Lead and oversee the companys Initial Public Offering (IPO) process, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial readiness, investor relations, and successful market listing. Preferred candidate profile Qualified CA or CMA with minimum 10+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in the medium sized construction industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in the use of MS-Office and financial management software like Tally ,Buildsmart, SAP. Excellent Knowledge of Data Analysis and forecast Methods.
