Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow). Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure timely closings. Monitor accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and expense management. Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. 2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect): Handle TDS/TCS, GST filing, return preparation, and assessments. Conduct tax planning to optimize tax liability. Coordinate with tax authorities for compliance, audits, and assessment proceedings. 3. Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies. Prepare and assist in statutory audits and ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws. Implement internal financial controls and risk management procedures. Ensure timely filing of ROC, statutory forms, and other legal documentation. 4. Cost Control & Financial Planning: Analyze costs and develop strategies for cost reduction. Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards. Support management in investment decisions and financial strategies. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), GST, Income Tax, and Company Law. Proficient in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Excel (Advanced), and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to prepare financial models, MIS reports, and budget reports. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ethical standards.
