Role & responsibilities Knowledge and understanding of international Air freight forwarding, Couriers, and gateway operations. Handle international exports and imports of customers. Share proper documentation for export and import shipments. Negotiation of rates with Consolidators, IATA Cargo Agents, Forwarders, International courier companies. Share competitive rates to customers. Handle customer queries. Ability to effectively communicate, maintain relationships and negotiate with customers. Preferred candidate profile 2 - 6 years experience in International Air Freight Forwarding / Couriers / IATA Cargo Agents. Good Negotiation skills. Export & Import Documentation Mandatory. Computer Literate, Microsoft Office. Self-Motivated, aggressive, and result oriented.
