Responsibilities & Duties Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, appointments, and daily tasks. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met efficiently. Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records. Willingness to travel as required for meetings and other official responsibilities.
