As an Infoscion, your primary role involves taking end-to-end bottom-line responsibility for a project. You will lead the proposal preparation, review project estimations, capture inputs from key stakeholders, and position Infosys suitably to seal the deal. Additionally, you will schedule assignments, monitor project status, and report regularly to manage project risks, ensuring successful project delivery and implementation. Coaching, creating a vision for the team, providing subject matter training, and motivating team members through feedback and recognition for high performance are also part of your responsibilities.
