Speech Therapy Assistant

You will be a Speech Therapy Assistant at Mom's Faith Occupational Therapy Center in HSR Bengaluru. Your primary responsibility will be to provide therapy to patients, support speech therapy plans, communicate with patients and their families, and collaborate closely with speech therapists. You will play a crucial role in educating patients and their families about speech therapy techniques and implementing effective communication strategies, particularly focusing on children to aid their speech and communication development. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Speech Therapy and be adept at implementing therapy plans. Strong speech and communication abilities are essential, as well as experience in education, especially in educating patients and families. An inherent aptitude for working with children, engaging them, and supporting their development is crucial. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate in a team environment. Both experienced individuals and freshers are welcome to apply for this full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. A Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy is a must-have qualification for this role. The salary offered for this position ranges from 3.6 to 4.2 LPA.
