Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the field and a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills. You will work with clients of all ages to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct evaluations to assess clients’ communication abilities and needs.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

- Provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in various settings (e.g., schools, clinics, hospitals).

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to understand each client’s needs.

- Document progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

- Stay current with research and trends in speech therapy practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with a diverse population.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with specific populations (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics) is a plus.

- Familiarity with assistive technology and telehealth services.
