Speech Language pathologist (Male or Female)

*KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ linguistic, physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Administer therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve patients’ speech, language skills, and swallowing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and others, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

• Design and implement specialized rehabilitation programs for patients with neurological conditions.

• Provide pediatric therapy for different child communication disorders.

• Provide dysphagia assessment and management for different populations.

• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on home training.

• Monitor patients’ progress, conduct periodic evaluations, and modify treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
