Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Speech Language Pathologist at IAN Institute of Rehabilitation and Research, a premier multi-specialty hospital in Thrissur. Your role will involve evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, including dysphagia. You will work closely with a team of expert doctors, therapists, and rehabilitation professionals to provide patient-centered care for differently-abled children, addressing conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, and genetic disorders. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders - Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans - Conduct therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treating speech disorders - Expertise in handling Dysphagia and addressing Communication Disorders - Experience in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field - Certification from a recognized speech-language pathology board is a plus - Prior experience in a pediatric rehabilitation setting is preferred Role Overview: You will be a Speech Language Pathologist at IAN Institute of Rehabilitation and Research, a premier multi-specialty hospital in Thrissur.
