Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for sales operations and day-to-day activities on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Creating strategies, monitoring, analysing & improving business performance on the e-commerce marketplaces Addressing and resolving customer issues, delivery issues, and concerns in a timely manner and ensuring excellent customer service. Listing new products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart including image requirements Create weekly reports to showcase the change/growth of metrics around the above 5 points. Manage promotional ad campaigns at marketplaces and report on the ROI metrics. Maintaining a strong relationship with all the POC of eCommerce portals. Working closely with various internal teams and third-party associates Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field. A Minimum of 1+ year of E-commerce Sales Experience is a MUST or Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience in the E-commerce Industry. Experience in handling International Business is a Must. Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analytical skills Good to have Knowledge of digital marketing such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels.
