Operate and monitor ETP processes including screening, aeration, settling, sludge handling, and filtration. Ensure smooth functioning of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and other ETP equipment. Maintain desired parameters such as pH, COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, DO, etc. Ensure effluent discharge meets CPCB/GPCB (or respective SPCB) norms. Prepare analysis reports and maintain daily log sheets. Maintain records of daily operation, chemical consumption, and test reports. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in plant area. Follow all safety guidelines while handling hazardous chemicals and equipment. Ensure safe disposal of sludge and waste as per norms.
