JOB TITLE: Zonal Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, or medical equipment sales, with a proven ability to drive growth, manage teams, and build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets across the Tamil Nadu region. Manage and lead a team of Territory Sales Managers / Executives. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, hospitals, and wellness chains. Maintain and grow relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, cosmetologists, and plastic surgeons. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking. Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns, product launches, and training initiatives. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and ROI. Collaborate closely with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth post-sales support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred). 9+ years of sales experience in medical devices, dermatology, aesthetics, or pharma . Proven experience in Tamil Nadu market is mandatory. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the zone.
