Role & responsibilities : Connect with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their career goals Counsel students on available courses, program benefits, and career outcomes Manage leads efficiently and convert inquiries into enrollments Follow up with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Maintain detailed records of interactions and report daily performance Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate course representation Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 2 years of experience as an education counsellor or in a similar advisory role Prior experience in an institute or edtech company is highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in handling outbound calls and addressing queries Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
