Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer APAC, based in Pune. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting field service operations, and managing the maintenance and repair of SpecMetrix systems. The role also involves demonstrating deep technical knowledge to maintain product performance and deliver excellent customer satisfaction for clients across the APAC region. Qualifications Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues efficiently Hands-on experience in Field Service, including installation, maintenance, and on-site support Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members Expertise in Technical Support and understanding of advanced coating measurement systems Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of technical equipment with a focus on accuracy and reliability Willingness to travel as needed for regional support Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field Experience in the manufacturing, coatings, or related industry is a plus
