Role Description

Parkash Amusement is looking for a Speciality Leasing Manager with expertise in commercial leasing, particularly in IT/ITES sectors.

Location : Sector -154 Noida on site

Key Requirement:

. Minimum of 10 years experience in leasing office space to corporates

clients.

. Strong network connections within the leasing industry.

. In-depth knoweldge of the commercial leasing process, especially related to IT/ITES

. Expertise in LOI agreement, along with an understanding of terms and conditions.

.Familiarity with Noida sector 136 and 154 and current market rates

Salary 9 to 12 LPA
