Specialist - Survey of large PV / Wind Farms

Role Overview: As a Specialist in Surveying for large PV, wind, and infrastructure projects, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in surveying equipment, conducting topographic surveys, analyzing geospatial data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for developing site-specific SOPs, guiding project survey teams, and assessing survey data accuracy for various civil and structural works in the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct land and building surveys to gather precise site data including measurements of distances, angles, elevations, and contours. - Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and documentation based on the collected data. - Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels to capture accurate data. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams to meet project requirements. - Review and verify survey data for completeness and accuracy. - Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for grading and topographic requirements. - Coordinate with clients for approvals and resolve survey-related queries. - Provide on-site support to address surveying-related issues. - Optimize quantities to align with bid requirements while meeting client needs. Qualification Required: - Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering. - 10-12 years of experience in surveying equipment usage, topographic and boundary surveys, geospatial data analysis, construction staking, and regulatory compliance in infrastructure projects. - Experience in civil and structural construction works in the renewable energy sector is advantageous.
