Your Tasks

• Improve transparency on global quality cost by in-depth analysis using different data sources
• Implement long-term global cost benchmarking and a related target costing for quality cost
• Develop and implement new controlling approaches (e.g. LD allocation, fleet quality monitor) including implementation of new systems and tools if needed
• Take responsibility for a part of Quality Cost controlling
• Support preparation, execution and follow-up of monthly regional management reviews and related actions
• Take the insights you discover and influence stakeholders to drive improvement through optimization, new initiatives, and strategic enhancements to improve overall service performance
  

YOUR PROFILE

• CIMA / CMA (Qualified Cost Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant)
• Excellent English language skills / German language may be added advantage
• Minimum of 10-15 yrs experience (preferably from wind industry)
• Proven experience in accounting, reporting, controlling and analytical experience
• Experience in business analysis, controlling or related field
• High analytical thinking skills and commitment, enthusiasm for innovation and flexibility
• Very good IT experience (Excel, SAP FI/CO, S4HANA, Business Warehouses, Power BI, Dashboards)
• Structured, independent working methods, high affinity for numbers and reliable communication / Very good level of English / IFRS and Accounting Knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global matrix organization and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge on advanced Excel / Power Point / Expert in VBA Macro / Good IT
• Knowledge on different Interfaces / Power BI
• Proficient in Transition of knowledge and Standardization, Process Improvements
