The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an associate degree in Computer Programming, or possess equivalent education in a related discipline. Related work experience can be considered in place of educational requirements. You should have at least 6 years of experience in testing technical solutions, along with 2+ years of experience in both automation testing and performance testing. Preferred skills and experience include being creative, self-motivated, and a problem solver with strong analytical skills. Candidates should be proficient in communication, writing, and multitasking, and should have experience in manual and automation testing of Java applications and RestAPIs. Familiarity with tools like Postman, SOAP API, RestAssured, Groovy, or Python is beneficial, along with an understanding of security testing practices and software development lifecycles. Certification in software testing methodologies is also preferred.
