Role Overview: As a Specialist in Linde IS Tools at Linde Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd, your main responsibility will be to provide ongoing application support and development within IS Tools for the Linde IS and Group to achieve business and IS service goals. You will be required to modify and adapt standard design application systems based on the interpretation of processes or procedures which are to be made more efficient by an IT solution. Your role will involve developing IT solutions in adherence to policies, guidelines, and procedures of Global IS in line with requirements. Additionally, you will participate in global projects in the specific IS Tools area, contribute knowledge, design, debug, document, and test a range of applications in the IS Tools area. You will also handle adaptations of complex software within the IS Tools area. Key Responsibilities: - Develop IT solutions in adherence to policies, guidelines, and procedures of Global IS - Participate in global projects in the specific IS Tools area and contribute knowledge - Design, debug, document, and test a range of applications in the IS Tools area - Handle adaptations of complex software within the IS Tools area - Participate and be available in Team Call Outs and provide Out of office Hours support, including weekends and public holidays, as required - Plan own workload and work effectively in teams, self-motivated, with the ability to learn and work in a meticulous and organized manner - Communicate effectively with other IS functions and peers across locations working in different time zones - Analyze problems, think creatively, and deliver high-quality solutions within your area of expertise - Have technical know-how and experience in tools such as Open Text SMAX, HP PPM, Power BI, Power Automate, and technologies like Python, .Net, javascript, PL/SQL - Stay updated on trends and developments in the information technology area and within your IT IS Tools area - Have a degree or equivalent from a reputed institute, preferred certification in HP applications, and formal training in related technologies - Possess 2-5 years of relevant IT experience, technical knowledge in specific areas like HP PPM, HP SM, .NET, java, etc., and experience working in offshore teams Qualification Required: - Ability to plan workload and work effectively in teams - Strong communication skills to coordinate with other IS functions and peers - Analytical skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems - Technical know-how and experience in tools and technologies mentioned - Degree or equivalent from a reputed institute, preferred certifications, and formal training in related technologies - 2-5 years of relevant IT experience with technical knowledge in specific areas and experience working in offshore teams Company Details: Linde Global Support Services Pvt.
