Job Description

Role Overview: As a dynamic MS Core and Cloud Specialist at Ericsson, you will play a vital role in technology leadership and expertise, focusing on Core and Cloud domains such as CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. Your responsibilities will revolve around the full cycle of Create, Sustain, and Evolve within the Ericsson Operations Engine, significantly impacting Managed Services deliveries. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure configuration/updates/trouble ticket handling on various IP MPBN /SDN nodes. - Work within predefined system support guidelines and ground rules effectively. - Participate in internal technical discussions to enhance network performance and provide recommendations. - Provide 24x7 Backoffice fault/incident management support, including necessary escalations and fault resolution. - Investigate faults/cause related to customer system/network issues. - Monitor trouble ticket queues for timely response and resolution. - Execute change activities, service request fulfillment, FNI support, and handle fault & troubleshooting changes. - Participate in routine maintenance activities, conduct change impact analysis, and contribute to KPI/SLA reporting. - Escalate problems and follow up with OEMs for action & closure. - Support acceptance testing & smooth handover of IP MPBN/SDN nodes. - Ensure correct working methodology, process compliance, and effective customer handling. - Perform Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of MPBN/SDN nodes. - Ensure smooth operation of the customer MPBN network. - Interface with Customer, 3PP, and Ericsson Departments. - Ensure MSTOP Processes are followed in the Workplace. Qualification Required: - 8 to 15 years of experience. - Good configuration and troubleshooting experience in IP routing & switching. - Hanson experience in handling configuring and troubleshooting Nokia services model. - Good understanding and Hanson experience on solutions such as Cisco SDN & Nokia SDN. - Knowledge & exposure to multivendor IP MPBN platforms. - Hanson experience in Cloud architecture of Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco Setup. - Clear & detailed understanding of Mobility Call flows/interfacing. - Willingness to work in shifts (24x7). - Result-oriented, flexible, and responsive to changing demands. - Interpersonal communication skills and knowledge sharing abilities.,
