Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Specialist - OTC role based in Pune. Key responsibilities include managing the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring seamless billing, invoicing, and payment collections. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, maintain customer satisfaction, and resolve inquiries efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer-focus, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing order-to-cash processes, including invoicing, billing, and payment collections
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer inquiries and payment discrepancies
- Experience working with financial systems and tools, with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Background in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with global trade and logistics operations is an added advantage
