Description
As a Specialist I in UX Design at UST, your primary responsibility will be to participate in the creation of new products and enhancements to existing products from requirement to launch as part of a cross-functional team involved in the development of Application Lifecycle Management Tools. You will be required to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, sustain, and document software changes for new requirements, enhancements, and defects. You will have the opportunity to translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of web projects throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable web, mobile, and eCommerce solutions that meet business needs. You will partner with Visual Design and User Experience teams to develop effective and engaging designs. Your role will involve owning and driving specific areas of website functionality such as search, products, account, videos, and website performance, including prioritized enhancement stories and feature development for those areas of responsibility. Furthermore, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is an expert in Adobe Manager Suite (AEM, Analytics, Audience, Marketo Engage, Personalization, or Target) and has experience with the whole project lifecycle. You should be able to estimate and execute tasks throughout the lifecycle, including architecture, design, and development. An expert understanding of architectural concepts, enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring, Java, Java EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, and proficiency in Day CQ/Adobe AEM foundational concepts is essential. You must have handled at least 2-3 large AEM implementations in AEM 6.x in a technical architect role. Additionally, proficiency in Day CQ/Adobe AEM WCM capabilities, systems design, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, caching, CDN, and persistence is required.
