As a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Developer, your role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions in a client-facing capacity. You will work independently while collaborating directly with clients to understand business needs and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable SharePoint applications. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and plan implementation strategies. - Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions including workflows, web parts, and integrations with other enterprise systems. - Lead deployment and configuration of SharePoint environments (On-Premise and/or Online). - Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in coding, security, and performance. - Provide technical guidance and documentation to stakeholders and support teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across SharePoint environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business analysts. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. - Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate). - Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs. - Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and client-side development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and expectations. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 integrations. - Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based deployments. - Certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 technologies.
