Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior SharePoint Developer with 9 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions in a client-facing role. This individual contributor position requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating directly with clients to understand their business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and plan implementation strategies. - Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions including workflows, web parts, and integrations with other enterprise systems. - Lead deployment and configuration of SharePoint environments (On-Premise and/or Online). - Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in coding, security, and performance. - Provide technical guidance and documentation to stakeholders and support teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across SharePoint environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business analysts. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. - Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate). - Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs. - Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and client-side development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and expectations. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with experience in Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 integrations, as well as knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based deployments. Certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 technologies are also considered a plus. (Note: The skills mentioned in the job description include Sharepoint, C# .Net, JavaScript, Rest API.),
