Description
Role Overview: You will be working on complex projects creating Design of Concepts, UX Strategy, User Flows, Information Architecture, Prototype & Visual Designs for large-scale solutions. Your main focus will be to collaborate with business development, research, prototyping, and product management to define the next generations of business concepts and solutions. You will also participate with UX and Design Team and key stakeholders to develop a research approach and schedule. Additionally, you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to translate business problems into effective digital experiences that help customers. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in concept and usability testing, gather feedback, and come up with creative ways to solve UX problems - Work with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, solve their problems elegantly, and advocate industry best practices for user-centric design (UCD) - Assist in synthesizing findings to inform a better understanding of customers, give insight into business value, and identify potential usability issues and design opportunities - Assist in converting research findings into actionable results - Design UX metrics to measure and track the impact of design changes on user experience - Participate in independent user research - Understand customers" product roadmap - Assist in creating design guidelines and follows the customer brand-book - Assist in setting up processes and standards - Study competitive products after analyzing business objectives, user needs, and brand direction - Work closely with other team members to bring the designs to life - Work closely with customers conducting user studies and research, documenting user stories and requirements while crafting UX engagements that exceed customers" expectations - Assist in maintaining a reusable repository of design artifacts that help in rapid prototyping Qualification Required: - Proven experience as an AEM Developer with a focus on front-end development - Strong expertise in SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and their integration with AEM - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development tools and practices - Experience with AEM's editable templates, components, and Client-Side Libraries (ClientLibs) - Familiarity with Remote SPA concepts and implementation within AEM - Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration with SPAs - Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Company Additional Details: The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Front-End Developer with a strong focus on Single Page Applications (SPA) and Remote SPA development.
