Specialist - Financial Systems

As a Business Analyst at Lennox, you will be responsible for analyzing and gathering requirements from key business stakeholders to define changes and developments. Your role will involve the ongoing maintenance and development of the HFM Application, ensuring data integrity by maintaining internal control processes, and reconciliations. You will also take ownership of change requests from design to implementation, advocate for usability and inclusive design practices, and troubleshoot and resolve problems related to FDMEE scheduling tools. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and monitoring month-end, half-year, and end-of-year activities, along with statutory reporting and cash flow. You will be involved in configuring source and target systems, continuous scheduling, and mapping changes via FDMEE. Additionally, you will provide end-user support and training as needed. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of HFM, FDMEE, and HFR applications. We are looking for a candidate with strong functional knowledge, the ability to take full ownership of the HFM system, and act as the primary contact for business/finance during reporting cycles. Development experience in Hyperion, specifically in HFM and FDMEE, along with knowledge of Excel VBA and Hyperion user provisioning, is required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in incident analysis, root cause identification, and solution implementation. Good understanding of financial principles related to consolidated group accounts is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the flexibility to work in the 2nd shift and extend hours during close weeks.
