Specialist - Bioanalysis (In Vitro DMPK)

As a Specialist in Bioanalysis (In Vitro DMPK) based in Bengaluru, you will be the technical expert overseeing in vitro bioanalytical activities to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of ADME data supporting drug discovery and development projects. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the subject matter expert for LC-MS/MS instruments used for ADME sample analysis, including operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting. - Plan, execute, and analyze a variety of in vitro ADME Assays such as Permeability Studies, Metabolic Stability Assays, and Physicochemical & Stability Assessments. - Maintain and optimize bioanalytical project workflow for efficient throughput and timely study completion. - Lead Physicochemical Profiling activities including Kinetic solubility, Thermodynamic solubility, and Chromatographic Log D studies. - Analyze Metabolite Identification (MET-ID) samples and prepare detailed reports. - Provide mentorship, hands-on training, and technical guidance to junior team members on bioanalytical techniques and protocols. Qualifications & Experience: - Qualification: M. Pharma - Experience: 8 to 15 years of direct, relevant experience in bioanalysis, focusing on DMPK/ADME studies, preferably in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting. - Technical Skills: Proficient in handling and executing bioanalytical assays using LC-MS/MS technology.
