The All India Football Federation is seeking a qualified professional to join as a Project Consultant for Digital Initiatives. The role involves providing advice on the development and management of OTT platforms for streaming football and related activities, as well as overseeing the development, management, and maintenance of e-coaching, e-training, and e-learning platforms. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for advising on the hiring of specialized personnel and agencies for these activities. Key Deliverables: - Advise on the development of OTT, e-coaching, e-training, and e-learning digital infrastructure compatible with all systems within AIFF. - Assist in the management, troubleshooting, upgradation, and maintenance of developed OTT platforms. - Provide guidance on hiring specialized agencies for the development of digital infrastructure within AIFF. - Coordinate with AIFF to stay updated on developments in the mentioned fields. - Offer advice and support AIFF in the hiring of technical and digital personnel as needed. - Advise on security, data storage, and management related to the platforms, as well as recommend necessary measures. - Continuously explore, evaluate, and advise on implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as an OTT, e-coaching, e-training, and e-learning platform developer on both IOS and Android platforms. - Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering at least 4 e-coaching, e-learning, e-training, and/or OTT platforms within the last 4 years. - At least 4 years of experience in application management, servicing, data storage, and management. - Hands-on experience in building mobile applications and mobility solutions. - Proficiency in writing high-quality, readable codes.,
