Special Educator (Only Females)

Position: Special Educator (Only Females)
Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional academic, social, or behavioral assistance.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and development.
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.
• Adapt teaching materials and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Conduct interventions and remedial sessions to address learning difficulties and developmental challenges.
• Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in special education.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education) or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in schools with children with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other special needs is required.
• Certification in relevant special education programs or therapies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
