Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Accounts Receivables Management within the healthcare sector. This hybrid role requires expertise in healthcare products and accounts receivables ensuring efficient financial operations. With a focus on night shifts youll contribute to optimizing revenue cycles and enhancing financial accuracy impacting both company success and societal health outcomes.


 

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivables processes with precision to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare product teams to align financial operations with product strategies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improving revenue cycles.
  • Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and enhance cash flow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial standards.
  • Utilize healthcare product knowledge to support financial decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate smooth financial interactions.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take action to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the finance team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for accounts receivable management.
  • Assist in the integration of new healthcare products into financial systems. Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their financial implications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in accounts receivables processes and best practices.
  • Have experience in financial analysis and reporting within the healthcare sector.
  • Exhibit proficiency in using financial software and tools relevant to accounts receivables.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and adapt to night shifts.
  • Display excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Hold a degree in finance accounting or a related field with relevant experience.
