• Write narratives that transform abstract concepts into vivid, interactive simulations for education and corporate training.
• Balance the art of storytelling with the discipline of logic, ensuring every scene resonates and makes sense.
• Work hands-on with mix3D Studio to design, write, and publish immersive learning experiences.
• Use Excel as confidently as Word because numbers and narratives must coexist in our simulations.
• Collaborate with our simulation architects, 3D design & production teams to bring ideas to life.

Job Requirements:

• We are seeking recent graduates (B.A./M.A. in Literature, English, or related disciplines) with less than one year of professional experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong writing and storytelling abilities, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts in an engaging manner.
• Proficiency in both linguistic creativity and logical thinking is essential, as the role requires versatility between poetic expression and structured analysis.
• Applicants must be eager to learn new tools and adapt promptly to changing requirements.
• The position is based in Bangalore (Hennur Cross), and preference will be given to those residing near our office due to local commuting considerations.
• This is a full-time, onsite opportunity; hybrid or remote work arrangements are not available since we work on confidential digital assets (for the Defense sector).
