Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, converting opportunities into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through structured sales processes and customer-centric engagement. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and field visits Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Pitch products or services effectively based on customer needs Lead Management Follow up on inbound and outbound leads Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and customer data in CRM systems Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Market & Competitor Insights Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve positioning Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth onboarding and delivery Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates Ensure timely documentation and contract closure Experience 1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered) Experience in B2C / field sales or inside sales as applicable Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Ability to handle objections and close deals Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Personal Attributes Self-motivated and proactive Willingness to travel or engage in field sales if required Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
