About the Role: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building partnerships, and promoting home healthcare services such as nursing care, physiotherapy, caretaker services, medical equipment rentals, and elder care programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition • Identify potential customers through field visits, hospitals, clinics, and referral networks. • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into clients. • Build relationships with doctors, discharge coordinators, and hospital staff. 2. Sales & Business Development • Present and explain services such as nursing, caregivers, physio, lab tests, medical equipment, elder care programs. • Prepare quotations and customized service plans. • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. • Develop partnerships with hospitals, RWAs, and senior living communities. 3. Customer Relationship Management • Conduct home visits to assess care needs. • Maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and renewals. • Coordinate onboarding with operations team. 4. Coordination & Documentation • Maintain daily sales reports (DSR), CRM entries, and visit logs. • Work with the operations team to schedule caregivers or nurses. • Provide regular updates to management. 5. Market Research • Track competitor pricing and industry trends. • Provide insights for service improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree preferred (Healthcare, Pharma, Nursing, Medical Representative. 2. One to three years of sales experience (healthcare preferred). 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 4. Must have a two-wheeler for field visits. 5. Ability to meet sales targets and work independently. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1.
