Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). 5+ years of business development experience in ETS, mobility, logistics, or B2B services . Strong network with MNCs, corporates, and facility management firms in Chennai. Proven track record in winning and managing large accounts.
