The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services to individuals, families, or groups. The role involves identifying mental, emotional, developmental, or behavioral issues and working collaboratively with other professionals to support clients’ overall well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and therapeutic strategies. Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists. Maintain confidential and detailed case records and reports. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate clients and families on coping strategies and mental health conditions. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences. Contribute to awareness programs and workshops related to mental health. Adhere to ethical standards, legal guidelines, and professional conduct codes. Requirements Valid license or certification as required by state or national regulatory bodies. Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive. Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation and working with diverse populations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in developmental disorders such as ASD, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc. Knowledge of therapeutic tools and assessments (e.g., ADOS, BASC, Vineland). Experience in school settings, therapy centers, or hospitals. Training in play therapy, CBT, ABA, or other relevant modalities. General Maintenance & Cleaning Ensure cleanliness of therapy rooms, waiting area, corridors, and washrooms. Dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize daily to maintain a hygienic environment. Arrange therapy equipment, chairs, and mats before and after sessions. 2. Support for Therapists & Staff Carry therapy materials, toys, and stationery between rooms. Assist therapists in setting up therapy tools and apparatus. Distribute worksheets, water, or resources as directed. 3. Child Assistance Help children safely enter and exit therapy rooms. Escort children to washrooms and assist with basic needs (when required). Ensure safety and discipline in waiting areas. 4. Hospitality & Office Assistance Serve drinking water, tea/coffee, or refreshments to staff and visitors. Collect/deliver documents, parcels, or medicines as instructed. Support reception/admin in minor tasks (photocopy, filing, etc.). 5. Events & Special Activities Assist in setup and arrangements for parent meetings, workshops, or celebrations. Help in decoration, seating arrangements, and maintaining order. 6. Other Duties Handle small errands (bank/post office/market purchase) when assigned. Report any maintenance issues (electric, plumbing, equipment repair). Perform any additional duties given by the Center Head/Management.
