Loan Monitoring & Analysis Identify early warning signals of default and take preventive measures. Review loan accounts to ensure timely repayment. Prepare recovery reports and update management on recovery status. Customer Relationship Management Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure goodwill during recovery. Educate clients about repayment obligations and consequences of default. Resolve disputes and grievances regarding loan repayments. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to RBI, NBFC, or banking regulations (if applicable). Maintain accurate records of all communications and recovery actions.
