Job Description

As a member of the Infosys consulting team, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer issues, identifying problem areas, devising creative solutions, and overseeing their implementation to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilot sessions, and resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. You will be involved in conducting solution demonstrations, workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary constraints and organizational financial guidelines. Leading small projects and participating in unit-level and organizational initiatives will be part of your role to deliver high-quality and valuable solutions to clients as they embark on their digital transformation journey. Your skill set should include the ability to devise innovative strategies that drive client innovation, growth, and profitability, along with a good understanding of software configuration management systems and awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends. Logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and a grasp of financial processes and pricing models for projects are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should have expertise in assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing technology solutions. Possessing knowledge in one or more industry domains, client interfacing skills, and experience in project and team management will be beneficial in excelling in this position at Infosys.,
