We are seeking a skilled PLC Operator to monitor and control production processes, maintain equipment efficiency, and ensure safe and smooth operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience programming and operating PLC panels and collaborating closely with maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities: Monitor production processes continuously to ensure optimal performance and quality standards. Operate and program PLC panels to control and automate manufacturing equipment. Maintain equipment performance by identifying issues and coordinating with the maintenance team for timely repairs. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Record and report operational data and any incidents to supervisors. Troubleshoot basic operational issues with PLC-controlled systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency.
