To attend break downs, CNC LTM machines, to carry out Preventative maintenance as per schedule to improve the life of machine, HANDS ON EXPERIENCE on Maintenance of Mazak, BFW ,Makino ,VMC, HMC , Root cause Analysis , why why analysis, preventive actions, PLC Trouble shooting, CNC drives, controller's of fanuc, mitsubishi, siemens, To support machine improvement as per the requirement of production. Implementation of small KAIZENS TO SUPPORT MACHINE improvement as per the requirement of Production. Preferred candidate profile Hands on experience thorough knowledge of maintenance of CNC knowledge of TS , OHSAS system and Documentation. Planning and co-ordination , Initiative taking, Logical and analytical skill, Problem solving Skill Independent judgement, Leadership, Flexibility to work in demanding environment.
