Job Description

As a US Travel Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their travel needs and ensuring a memorable travel experience. With your expertise and passion for the travel industry, you will help customers plan and book their ideal trips while meeting sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Client Consultation: Understand customer preferences, needs, and budget to recommend personalized travel itineraries, tours, and packages. - Booking and Reservations: Handle flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel-related bookings efficiently. - Travel Advisory: Provide clients with updated information on destinations, local culture, weather, activities, and necessary travel documentation. - Sales: Promote and upsell travel products and services to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. - Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate data entry, reservation records, and travel documentation for seamless travel arrangements. - Market Research: Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and promotions to offer well-informed advice to clients. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Requirements: - Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, ideally in a customer-facing role like Travel Consultant or Travel Agent. - Skills: - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software. - Basic knowledge of travel industry trends and popular destinations. - Attention to Detail and problem-solving skills for managing complex travel arrangements. - Experience in PPC campaign Call Handling is required.
